Nostalgic and tenderly sad, but with a whole lot of energy, listening to The Secret Album feels like Aaron Maine is reading his old diary to me. It’s youthful and reminiscent – a peek into his life pre-Porches. Though with a name like Sex God, don’t worry no one is taking themselves too seriously here.
